Sforzesco Castle and Louvre: in 2019 together for the great exhibitions of the fifth centenary of Leonardo's death

Milan's and its exhibition activity reputation is very high; the city is lively and has been able to take advantage of the opportunities offered by Expo 2015. Those who came to Milan found an attractive, lively, comfortable and welcoming city; and so since 2015, when there was a boom of tourists, there was no bounce but, in fact, visitors increased further

During the IFSCC World Conference in Milan, in 2019, five hundred years have passed since the death of Leonardo da Vinci. For the occasion, the Louvre in Paris and the Sforzesco Castle in Milan are building together the exhibition “Body and soul: body movements and emotions of the soul in Italian sculpture between 1460 and 1520” and have already announced a whole year of important exhibitions dedicated to the unequaled genius of the Master. An opportunity to rediscover history, works and other great artists who have made the Italian Renaissance great.

The protagonist of an unmissable cultural year is the Castello Sforzesco in Milan, where SICC will host the inaugural day of the IFSCC Conference
